Charlotte is a highly confident and persuasive advocate covering a wide civil practice area – she has particular interest in Insolvency and general Chancery matters. With nearly 20 years of practical experience of Courts and Tribunals, Charlotte has conducted thousands of cases and is adept at grasping new areas of law to adapt her expertise to each case in order to achieve the best available outcome for her clients.

Charlotte’s Background

Charlotte joins Chambers after 15 years working as an advocate in County Courts, the High Court and other tribunals for a London law firm.

 

Charlotte read English at the University of York before pursuing postgraduate studies in law, followed by pupillage at a prestigious London Common Law set where she gained considerable experience of prosecution and defence work in both Magistrates’ and Crown Courts. Following this Charlotte spent time living in the Middle East and the USA, before returning to London in 2001 to resume her legal career.
